All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
We want you to love what you ordered. While all sales are final due to our dropshipping model, we're committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at chicathlete@zohomail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages If your package hasn't arrived, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate right away.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
